Damon
Cuzick
Damon Cuzick is a founder and principal of March Development
Company. Damon is active in project management, as well as site
selection for the company in the development of retail and office
properties. Mr. Cuzick is a second generation native of Arizona, and
third generation valley developer. Damon is a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers, and Valley Partnership,
as well as being active in several community oriented organizations.
Michael Van Pelt
Michael Van Pelt began working in real estate in 2002 with a focus
on real estate investment and brokerage. He then moved to developing
retail shopping centers in 2003 and worked with Damon Cuzick to
found March Development Co. in 2005. Prior to entering the field of
development, Michael was involved with several notable technology
companies acting as a multimedia director, producer and project
manager. Michael graduated from the University of Advancing
Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia with an emphasis
in Digital Production
